I had been adjusting the fields in the board settings for Issues/Task/Bug but did not remove status, however, anything new created now will not display in the backlog unless assigned to "planning". If assigned to backlog they do not display there. From advanced search, nothing on list with backlog status is displaying. Screenshot 2023-03-03 at 1.37.18 PM.png

@erin.loya ,

Based on your search query above and screenshot, it does show backlog status. If you want to show any other status that you like, just need to add the other statuses in the advance or basic search filter. Go to the Backlog status and click on the down arrow for the drop down as seen from your screen shot...and then pick any status you would like to see.

Thanks Ben - unfortunately when I go to the actual Backlog they are not there. I can only find them in this advanced search.

It's probably due to your board filter. Need to check to make sure it includes the other status.

There should be box on the upper right to click on to show a drop menu. Select board settings and check your filters there.
