Task go to backlog after closing the sprint

I have the problem with task from one project. Their back to the backlog although when I'm closing the sprint I'm chosing "move to a new sprint" option. 

This applies to all tasks in this project - which every status (done/closed or to do/in progress).

We have one sprint to all project in Jira. The project is in filter with board, where the sprint is active.

Could you tell me what I should do to resolved this problem?

I have a few question to make sure I understand your scenario.

You said you have "one sprint to all project in Jira". Do you mean you have one scrum board where you make a sprint, and all your Jira projects use that same sprint?

If that is the case, does that board have a filter that includes all the projects that use that sprint?

Also do all the projects manage the sprint through that same board?

What board are you in when you Complete the sprint? Are you in the same board where the sprint was created?
