Task/Story title overwrote another stories title

I was in a task when I went to navigate to another story by clicking a link. I accidentally clicked the title of the current task, which put it in edit mode. I then clicked the story link while still in edit mode. When the page loaded the new story, it immediately over-wrote the story's title with the title of the task.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the same issue.

When clicking on a child issue, then click on the summary and after that, click on the parent, the summary is overwritten.

Based on that, I created a bug for our dev team to check:

• Summary of the Parent issue is overwritten with the summary of the Child issue

 Please, click on “This affects my team” and also watch to receive updates about the bug.
