Target Start in JIRA Portfolio does not inherit on Parent Task when added on sub Task

Hi,

When I add a target start on a sub task, the value of the target start does not inherit on the parent task if in the parent task there is only one sub task .

Does this  feature exist on JIRA Portfolio?
