Take part from summary and full fill reporter

In my project I gain an email with summary:

Standrard value: userE-mail

I want to take only userEmail and take it to field reporter. Does I can do it with automation or I need full script post function?

Are you trying to pick up values from the body of the email, in that case you would need either a custom mail handler or write a listener to do it for you post issue creation. Do you have ScriptRunner for Jira? Also those users need to be there in Jira already as active users.
