I want to be able to comment on Jira stories via the Slack or Teams integration - is this possible? I'm only able to find details on how to send slack notifications from Jira, and I'm looking to send jira notification with while tagging someone via the comment functionality in slack/teams
Just to confirm, you want to notify the user through slack or Teams when you post a comment on Jira tickets by mentioning them. Is this correct? or let me know if this is not the case you are looking for
