Hello! Tried to log in to my organization's Jira board but ran into error message. Potentially due to inactivity after 3 months?
Is there any way I can restore my organization's board? I also never received an email re: inactivity or deactivation of my board.
Thank you!
Hello @Miki Sugita
Welcome to community :)
I have raised a billing ticket on your behalf to reactivate the jira subscription for your site Please check your email for the details and the team should help you.
You may as well reach out to billing support here : https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/

@Miki Sugita Check back in 15 min and your site should be back up. There is a maintenance period each day where they do updates https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/what-is-a-maintenance-window/
If it is not back up after that then let me know and I can escalate it to support if you are on a free plan or your can submit a ticket if you are on a paid plan.

The community forum constist of users like yourself, we don't have any access to your instance of Atlassian.
