Since 24h, the system is in scheduled maintenance, which is not in line with the system status. This is what the page shows:
It looks that your specific site is under maintenance not whole Cloud site that is way it is not accurate to status page however 24h is a pretty long time.. I think Support might know more information when it would end so feel free to use contact Support button.

Are you operating in any areas listed for maintenance during March (Singapore and Northern California)?
On an additional note/question - have you maybe been using product trials which may have expired? There's a known issue that if the product expires within the nightly maintenance window, you'll probably get stuck with a maintenance warning forever (not sure if this was fixed meanwhile: CLOUD-12117: Products that expire during a maintenance window do not indicate to end users that they are expired
