Have you tried reaching out to Atlassian Support to see if they can assist you with the issue you are experiencing?
Also, can you share some additional details on what you are trying to do exactly? Is it just logging in, or are you trying to open a specific page within Jira, and you get this error message? 👀 (my bad, I've just noticed it stated in the title)
Another question would be - are you trying to log in to an instance where you're app and/or org admin, or is it a company site (Jira)? If it's a company site and you're not an admin, I'd probably suggest reaching out to your IT department as someone on their end will probably be able to troubleshoot this with you.
Also, have you tried using an incognito window or a different browser to see if the error will show up there as well?
