System doesnt allow me add Jira Work Management into my Domain

We are trying to add into our domain Jira work Management in a free plan, but we have an annual plan with Jira Service Management.

What do we need to do in order to have both Jira service management and Jira Work management in the same domain?

This is the message I'm getting when I try to add Jira work management "Free plan unavailable

Free is unavailable on an annual payment plan. If you still want to try Jira Work Management, you can trial the Standard plan in Discover products." I need to add this even when annual payment but I cannot see the option."

Please advise.

Hi Michael - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just a note first that Jira Work Management is not available for the Jira Server version. The corresponding product would be Jira Core Server.
