Hi, We currently have problem when synchronizing JIRA with an LDAP service, the synchronization takes always around 138 seconds and then fail, this causes the users who were not synchronized appears as inactive. This is a daily behavior and to fix it I need to ask the user to sign manually in a daily basis also.
We found a Atlassian support forum where some users reports this issue and one member of your team (Andy Heinzer) answers that is an identified unexpected behavior.

Unfortunately, we cannot reduce the number of LDAP groups because this Jira instances must be available for all the members in the organization.
Do you have another solution?
