Switching between two jira project tab, create screen page is not showing right project name

HI,

We are using Jira classic on our environment.

while user switching between two Jira project tab, one of project create issue screen page is not showing right project name. 

To recreate the problem:

1. Go to any Jira board and select "Create" issue.  You will see create page with right screen and correct project name on project field.
2. Open another Chrome tab and open any other project in second tab
3. Go back to the original Jira board tab and select "Create" issue again.  This time you will see old project name.  Select "Cancel".
4. Refresh the page, then select "Create" issue again on same page.  You will see right project name on issue create screen.

Please let me know if anyone has any idea on this. 

Question:  While, i am on first project tab, why other project name shows on create issue screen.

workarounf: Refresh page before you click "Create"
