Hello Atlassian Team
I had the certifications in my account in certmetrics with a previous job account Juan.garcia@easesolutions.com but I'm not working with them any more, I know my account also had juanfelipegc@hotmail associated to it. Can you help me gain access again to renovate my certifications? Please
Hi @Juan Felipe Garcia ,
As Mirek said, you should be able to change this within CertMetrics https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/
Your certification account should be primarily tied to your personal email address. You can check that by navigating to Profile > My Information. On the other hand, you can check and update your business email address associated with that account if you navigate to Profile > Affiliations.
| "My Information" | "Affiliations" |
Additionally, if you have any issues with CertMetrics or if you have any cert-related questions, you can raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support
Select Training and certification > Certification and select the appropriate topic.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tobi
Hello Guys,
Thank you for your swift response. I had to contact Atlassian Support and they recommended I use the Affiliations like this:
You can retrieve your badges by merging your two accounts! Here's how:
This will merge the records from your old account into your new one. Please allow 1–2 business days for the merge to complete.

You basically register for exam using your cert metrics account not by email - this can be changed at any time. I guess that when you had your Personal and Work email set then all certifications should be associated with that (account) once you pass. Email can change later but certifications should not be affected unless of course somehow you had two separate Certmetrics accounts.. then it should be somehow merged by Atlassian. Is that the case?
