Swimlane position on board

I have been reading in the documentation that swimlanes can be moved. I currently have swimlanes by feature/epic. I would like to display the swimlane on the board by the priority that the team has set on the completion of the feature. From what I can tell we are using Jira 7.6.1

I read in the documentation that it can be moved by grabbing the ll and move to a position on the board. I do not see the ll

if you own the board just go to Board settings > Swimlanes and change to meet your needs
