Swimlane on Greenhopper is making those issues have higher rank in filters

I have an agile view where we use Rank to sort tickets

We have a filter where it takes a status and orders by Rank on our dashboard

On the Agile Board we have a swimlane to keep icebox tickets at the bottom, but this is causing them to be ranked higher. So when I use the filter on the dashboard, it's showing these icebox tickets at the top.

Is there a way i can fix this?
