Swimlane configured differently

I have a total of 10 software engineering working on a project.  One of my developer's swimlanes is different from everyone else on the team.  How do sync his active sprint swimlanes to be the same as everyone else on the team?

he/she must be using a different board from the others. can you verify the URLs seen?

Same thing happens he tried a  fresh URL.  When I see his board setting for columns it has different configurations then what the rest of team has.

When you say he tried a "fresh URL" what does that mean? Provide him with the URL that looks 'ok' and see what he sees. Please share a screen shot of the General board settings page. If he has different swimlane config he is on a different board altogether. Too, if he is able to edit the board settings then he is the owner and created the board himself I suspect. who owns the board that reflects 'ok' for everyone else.

ok, I own the board as Admin.  I took the URL he was using and ran it on my browser and changed the board setting for columns to mirror whatever else was seeing.  It worked.  Thanks.
