Swim lane named as Backlog and actual sprint backlog items, can we sync up those 2 items?

My Manager wants me to create one swim lane says "Backlog" and expecting to display all the backlog items in swin lane "Backlog". is it possible?

No, that makes no sense.

By definition, the board is a view of the active sprint, not the backlog. So, while you could define a swimlane to hold backlog items, it would always be empty, as the board only includes active items.
