Hello,
Our Atlassian Cloud site (ismuni.atlassian.net) is currently suspended due to non-payment. Unfortunately, we cannot locate or identify the billing administrator for this site.
Previously, our team was using the free plan, and if possible, we would like to continue using the free plan instead of a paid subscription.
Could you please help us:
  1. Identify the current billing contact for our subscription.
  2. Advise on restoring access while keeping the free plan, if eligible.

We are happy to provide any additional verification you require. This issue is blocking our access to important projects, so any urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.
