I wanted to forward some messages from google to the support email of my service desk project.

In order to do that I added it to the "forward emails" in google, it has asked me to confirm the domain (send a link to click) which it successfully sent.

But when time comes to really forward the emails I recieve those errors and the email is bounced:

Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to support@mycompany.atlassian.com because the domain mycompany.atlassian.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

The response was:
DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup mycompany.atlassian.com responded with code NXDOMAIN Domain name not found:mycompany.atlassian.com

Is it an atlassian bug or a gmail bug?

Hi Alexandre - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is a gmail issue and not Atlassian. Have you tried to do a manual forward of an email to that address? I suspect that would work which would also indicate it's not an Atlassian issue.
