While we config server for mailing and be connected to JIRA and Confluence we got the failure written above..

We have aksed for certication our servcer and services (received them from the domain-admnistrators) and have to install them. but we cannot resolve. Could you?

THX for help. Still got the problems with the certification and have to ask service. But will JIRA and Confluence run with http or do we have to use https? So we would have change some settings?
