Summary to notification mail when sub-task has been modified

Our users wants that when they modify subtask, the notification from that includes summary of sub-task. How can I do that ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Just like all the other issue types in JIRA, Sub-task notifications are also based on the Notification scheme of the related project.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change or add any fields to the notification template using the default JIRA UI, however, we understand how useful this feature would be. That being said, we created the following feature request to get it implemented:

- Create an Email Template Editor in the UI to Replace Editing Velocity Templates 

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

As a workaround, you can change the velocity templates in JIRA server to customize your notification template or use a third-party app as the notification manager instead of JIRA, like Enterprise Mail Handler (JEMH).
