Hi,

I have created a blank service management project.

On the Summary function, I click the work item count on the "Request Type". The JQL shows the error—the JQL appends the project key to the project type field.

Thanks.

The type's name is similar to the 'Request Type' field in Jira Service Management. You might need to use JQL to query the 'Request Type' field or its custom field ID (e.g., cf[ID field])

Hello @黃惠婷

"Type" refers to the issue type — for example, Type = Story, etc.
If you’re looking for the request type, please use "Request Type" instead.
