"Hey all,

When I open a task within an epic, I click on 'Add a Child Issue.' After entering a summary, when I click 'Create' and the new task window opens, the summary disappears, And i need to rewrite it.

What could be causing this issue?

Thanks."

Hi @Eran Roiter , based on what you have stated here, I gather that you are using a team managed project. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I would like to have a screenshot of what you are experiencing. If you are adding a child directly from within an issue and you click the create button within the issue screen and not the upper menu bar then all you're presented with is a summary field. When you click the create there, it should simply create the issue with that summary, and it should show in the list of children. So my question is, does the issue actually create such as you can see it in the list and navigate to it?

Thanks for you answer, as you can see in the first pic.

I'm pressing the Add child, then write a summery and then press create.

In the second pic, that's the new window that opens and you can see that it somehow made the summery disappear.
