Summarised field not calculating correctly

Hi, we were on an older (free) version of this and I have upgraded to a 30 day trial of the paid version to see if this would solve some of the "querks" of the old version but we still seem to be getting some erroneous results on some of our summary fields? Obviously is this doesn't do what we need it to upgrading wont be viable.

These fields are showing a total of 3.65 when the actual total should show as 0.172. Can anyone help?

did you tried to check the 'non indicated value' option at the field configuration?
