Sumary of worklog shouldn't be greater than planed time

Hello.

we want, that it isn't possible to report more time in the summary of the worklogs than the projectmanager hat set in the planed time.

or

is it possitble to inform the creator of the task if more time is reported in the worklog than is planed,

I'm working to clean up, old, unanswered questions here.

out-of-the-box this is not possible. You might consider an add-on that would validate the time log against the original estimate. I am unsure, but it may be possible to achieve this using something like Scriptrunner.
