Sum of columns at the bottom of structure

I want to have sum of column at the bottom of the structure under that column , i have created a column using formula in structure and added a folder but it doesnt gives me the result, what can be used to get the total sum of that column

Hello @Sanjivani Wayal ,

With Structure, the values are going to aggregate up the hierarchy, so adding a folder to the bottom of the structure will not return the desired results.

However, if you were to move the folder to the top of your structure, you will get the aggregate for the issues below.

I created a Folder and dragged it to top of structure still its not giving me Sum of Columns its empty

It's difficult to tell what could be the cause based on the screenshot.

We cant add Formula in Folder right and Presale and original estimates are just custom fields in JIRA the other 2 are created via Formulas , but its also not showing sum of presale and original estimate. Any other way to get Sum of Columns?

Hi @Sanjivani Wayal ,

For the fields in question, could you please click on the column header and check if you have Sum over sub-items option available to you?

It should definitely be there for Original Estimate.  

SInce your Folder should now be at the top of the hierarchy, you should get an aggregate of the values below.

I selected Sum over sub-items for all columns still it doesn't show the sum of columns

Please reach out to our support team directly via our customer portal support.almworks.com.

We will want to see screenshots of the entire structure with any generators in use visible and all columns in frame.  Please also make sure that some issues are present in the screenshot (you can redact sensitive info, we just will need to see the hierarchy).

It worked by using Group By Function it gave me Sum of All columns .
