Sum it Up! Cloud - Atlassian product?

I see this app on my company's Jira Premium instance. I have no idea what this is and can find no documentation on it.  Anyone seen this before? Is this a new product that will be added to Jira Premium? It says it is "suspended". What does that mean?

It looks like it is this app, Sum it up! When I look out our subscriptions apps that we have shows up with the Atlassian logo instead of the actual app logo.

Suspended means that you currently do not have an active subscription for that app, this happens when you disable the app.
