Suggestion for the traceability from VOC to Test result

I knew there are many approach for traceability.

My Jira is working on Data Center.

also Confluencem, Bitsbucket, Bamboo is working also.

Based on the basic flow, that is,

"VOC - SRS - Testcase"

A few condition

- VOC : SRS = 1 : n

- SRS : Testcase = 1 : n

- Some VOC or SRS can be connected with Old VOC or SRS 

( We call it the reported old issue)

We want to see the whole flow (from VOC to Testcase result)  for each issue. with very easily and intuitively

Would you suggest the model (like UI)

I am considering two access (for coding developer,  for Manager)

Dashboard will be filled with widget 

and  some specific app for traceability  will be considered to install.

Problem is..  it is too much flexible

and some solution only support "VOC & SRS" or "SRS & Testcase"

In short, I hope to see best model,

or I hope to know where I can see the best (suggested) model  using atlassian product.

I already knew  basic knowledge for atlassian product.

So I can follow to build it with a few screenshot or a few explanation

I am welcome for any, small clue.
