Suggest me what is the best approach of creating new project with new schema or creating one schema tied with multiple projects

Also suggest me Workflow can be created newly for new projects..

Hi @Thulasi Ram K ,

That is a very generous question and I´m afraid cannot be answered on point. What I can tell you is:

• creating a project with new schema means that this special scheme is associated directly to this special project and as long as it is not associated to another project afterwards that´s the only place its used
• the advantage of using a shared scheme is that in case you have several projects that all follow the same structure and process (eg. several software development projects/products, but development process is the same for each project). The scheme has to created 1 time and assosciated to the other projects. BUT keep in mind: in case there is a change in the scheme all associated projects will be affected.

• regarding workflows: there is a good documentation page about "how to work with workflows"
