Hello,
Around 2023-11-08 we stopped receiving emails for ticket updates.
It's not going into spam, the emails just stopped.
I was wondering what might be the cause of this?
Cheers,
Nikola

Seems that notification doc is for Platform notice: Server and Data Center only, I do not see those settings.
Disabled and then enabled the mail in System > Outgoing Mail, nothing changed.

Yep we are using Jira cloud.
Tested with another mail, it seems that Google Workspace/Gmail is straight up dropping mails from our community. A few months ago they made it go to spam, now just dropping.
Will take this to their support.
Thanks!
