Subtask displayed twice under a parent issue

Hello everyone,

 

we experience the issue that subtasks been displayed twice under a parent issue.

Once as "linked" and once as "related". 

We actually don't know where this is coming from, out of nowhere.

 

Had anyone experience with that?
