Subtask Time Estimate Not Visible - Cannot Create Subtask

Hello All! I have recently run into an issue where the area to populate a time estimate for a subtask has disappeared! I have ensured that all fields for a subtask are selected when trying to make subtasks. Also, other individuals are able to log into my account from their devices and make subtasks. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

The image that you provided does not show the entire screen. It looks like there is more to the dialog above the Summary field and below the Description field. Is the missing field in either of those locations?
