Subtask Template Plugin does not work with JIRA 6.3.4a

I have JIRA version 6.3.4a - on premise and and installed the subtasks plugin version of 3.1.0

Java version installed in 7. 

The plugin is still not working, I tried it over different browsers. It does not create the subtasks. 

Is there anything else I might be missing?
