Hi there,
Since May 12(JST), we have been facing trouble that cannot access a specific Jira issues even administrators.
We have identified the issue IDs, which are as following:
PJIMITAMGT-1607, PJIMITAMGT-1608, PJIMITAMGT-1611

First of all, please restore access to these issues ASAP.
And next, please investigate the cause and check whether there are any other issues that are inaccessible for the same reason.

Thanks,

Hello @yusei hoshino

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a community of users. We don't have access to your instance. We cannot directly investigate the root cause of your issue.

Some reason why you might not be able to access specific issues are:

1. The issues have been deleted.

2. The issues have issue security applied to them. This can prevent even administrators from seeing them.

Can you paste the text of the message you are seeing, so that I can insert into a translator application. I may be able to offer addition relevant advice when I have that information.

Alternately your Jira administrators can open a support case directly with Atlassian at

Hello @yusei hoshino

Just to add a quick detail, that Japanese message essentially translates to "This space can’t be displayed. You may not have permission to view this space, or the space may not exist."

This confirms you're likely dealing with a project permission issue, a missing space, or a restrictive issue security scheme.

Please follow Steps from @Trudy Claspill
