Sub tasks when reordered is not reflected in the agile board

Sub tasks when reordered is not reflected in the agile board

When a parent's subtasks are re-ordered (changed the default order by issue id because of re-prioritizing the subtasks), the re-ordering is not reflected in the agile board. It is confusing and time-consuming to re-order them again in the agile board.

Would anyone suggest a workaround to this problem?

JIRA-5.2.5 version

agile-6.3.6.1
