When I create a task/story then create several subtasks to assigned to different members of a group, I cannot see the sub-task in the Jira board. Anyone can help me with how to show subtasks on the Jira board?

Welcome to the community.
That is expected behavior. It currently is not possible to show sub-tasks as separate cards on the board.
There is a change request for that here:
