Sub- Task with automated assign "TO DO" status

Magdalena Migas

Dear All,

I would like to create a rule where I could skip first "New" status and receive  Sub-Task already in " To Do"  status.

Should I use the Post Function method or maybe it is a different way to set up it?

Thank you in advanced :)

No, it is much easier.

You should simply update the 'create' transition for sub-task to set the destination step to 'to do'.

No,

Workflow -> 'Create' transition line -> whatever -> edit

You should go to 'Update Workflow Transition':
