Style in Message Custom Field

Hi,

I'm testing Message Custom Field from plugin 'Toolkit'.

It works perfectly and meets my expectations, but style of text that I shown in Message it's normal, without any style.
I see in the official page of Toolkit, that it's possible to put style on this 'Message Custom Field'. Look this:

So, how can put this style to Message Custom Field? It's possible no? With CSS? But which CSS file?

Although it's not exactly what you're asking about, you should be able to use an AUI Message (http://developer.atlassian.com/display/AUI/Messages).

I read documentation and see that I can change style with HTML or JavaScript code.

Sorry for my ignorance, but where put JavaScript code to change style? It works if I put in 'Announcement Banner'?
