I started a new Jira instance about two months ago. It automatically starts me on the premium plan, which I didn't want, and then downgraded me to the free plan, which is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I seem to be stuck in limbo where part of Jira thinks I am on the free plan and part of Jira thinks I am on the premium plan and owe money that I haven't paid.
I can't do certain actions in Jira because it says I have an unpaid balance, but I can't pay the balance because I'm on the free plan, and I can't file a help desk ticket because I'm on the free plan. Any suggestions?

You can go to the Billing Support page and complete the form there to start working with them to resolve the issue
