Structure plugin for JIRA is not honoring resource capacity

Need solution for an issue that has popped up quite a few times is occurring again – Structure is not honoring resource capacity on the Wizard of Oz Slots structure

Resource Example: Varun Anil Kumar – will be OOO 9/8-9/28 and schedule is not taking that into account

Please help
