Structure - Removing Duplicates

I have a structure created that includes the 'Remove Insterter/Extender Duplicates' automation. We created a few new features today that are now showing as duplicates that I can not remove.  The duplicates have a little hand icon next them.  Screenshot shows an example. Any suggestion on how to remove the duplicates?

Is there a chance you could share the query you're using in the Insert generator?

A screenshot of the generators applied to the structure would be helpful as well.

The Inserter/Extender Duplicates only comes in hand in specific scenarios.

Here's an example.

As for the hand icon, when the Manual Adjustments feature is enabled, any manually adjusted content within your structure will be marked with the Manual Adjustment hand icon.

You can hide the Manual Adjustment icons by deselecting the Mark Manual Adjustments in the Toggle Panels menu.

When it comes to moving dynamic items, it's usually a better idea to use the Manual Reordering generator.

Automation > + > Sort > Manual Reordering

That way you don't risk losing the changes in case the Manual Reordering feature gets disabled on the particular structure.
