Strike through for all created tickets

I created a rule to barred(strikeout) out the resolved tickets in the active sprint board. But all the tickets that I create are getting barred (strikeout) out even the ToDo one's. How to solve this issue?

Hi @Anitha Gandham,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Make sure that you are not setting the Resolution field either in your workflow or having the field on a screen, this it the one that controls if the issue key is shown as strikethrough or not.
