Storymap not working with Ondemand agile

I've tried the suggestions in the knowledge base and cannot get this to work. I also followed the instructions on the site (http://bauer-information-technology.com/storymap-jira-plugin-installation-howto/) still with no effect.

I noticed the trail does not show up in my atlassian account while the add-on does appear in the administration panel.

What's the fix please?

Hi Carl,

The best bet will be to Uninstall the plugin from the add-ons page in OnDemand (you might need to stop the trial first). Then once you've uninstalled it, you'll be able to resume trial which will re-install the add-on.
