Story points have disappeard

Hello, 

Since monday, all story points have disappeared in my backlog, instead of in settings i have story points.

All my colleagues have the same problem. 

What happened ?

This was the cause and solution in a similar question last year:

Just found the root cause of the problem.

The Story Point custom field was without a search template.

This configuration you can see be accessing:

  1. custom fields
  2. find the Story Point custom field
  3. click More button (...) > Edit

Hi

Thanks for your answer.

But we story points field in Jira is tagged in our project but we didn't see them in our backlog.

Hi @Marion ,

Can you please troubleshoot this issue with the below steps.

1. Check Estimation Statistic (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-estimation-and-tracking-764478030.html in board configuration. Please Change the estimation to Story Points.

2. Check the Custom Field Context for Story Points field in Jira whether field context is tagged to your project and issue type.

3. Check whether the Story Points field is present in view screen of issue types. If not, add story points to screens.
