Story points don't display on the Board

I have tried configuring story points and story points estimate onto my classic scrum board, but it is of no help. It just displays hyphen (-) in board and in backlog, Can someone help?

Hi @Glory Mercy 

Please try to check the below:

• Ensure that the story point field is added to the screen of the Project
• Ensure that on your Scrum Board Settings > Estimation your Estimation statistics is on Story point and time tracking to None.
• Check your Custom field Configuration context (Jira Settings > Issues > Custom field ) for Story point and ensure that the context and default values allows Story point to be visible in your Project.

With the above, you should be able to get the story point value visible on the Scrum board.

I was able to figure it out. In Fields>Custom Field> Story point I have changed the search template value to "Number range searcher" and it displayed the story points on the board.

Do you have story points on your issue's screens? Are there values set for the story points?
