Story point entry: how to enter 0.5 pts

Hi all!

In our project, the team has chosen to use following Fibonacci series for story point estimation: 0.5 , 1 , 2 , 3 , 5 , 8 , 13 and 20.

As a creator of the project, I can assign 0.5 pts to an issue. Other team members cannot, not even when granted admin rights. The can enter only integer values. How to fix this?

Make sure that your users' settings match yours and play around. You'll be able to figure it out.
