Story export to Word and pdf is cutoff

I'm trying to export a Jira story to Word or pdf and the content is cutoff in the word doc and pdf.   I don't typically do this so can you advise on how to make sure it is not cutoff?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know more details about what information is being cut when exporting to word/pdf.

Are you exporting single issues or multiple issues?

Are you using the feature in Jira or is it an add-on?

If possible, send us a screenshot of how it looks when exporting, just make sure to hide private information.
