Story Points and Time Spent

Before the beginning of a sprint, we are filling the story points field with the estimation.

I want every developer to fill in somewhere the time he spent on the task so later on we will be able to see the story points estimation vs the real work.

How can I do it?

I don't want to use automatic process. Just log it manually.

Hello,

Add the Value Filed condition. Choose the TIme Spent there and provide the != operation. Leave the value field empty

I have a tool that has several story point to time metrics.  It compares story points vs. cycle and lead time rather than effort hours.  If you are logging effort hours though there is no reason it couldn't be used to use those as well.  Here is a screen shot:
