How can I present STORY name in the Issues list,
and/or filter to present only issues that are related to a specific story?

I defined at the beginning all our EPICS.
Then started to add TASKS to the EPICS.
But we realized that we need another classification inside the EPIC, and tried to do it with STORIES that the TASKS will be connected to it.

You can use JQL: issuetype = story
About the filter part... Are you using Epics or Stories? Are you using subtasks?
