Story Creation not possible for one of my space as it is not listed

I would like to let you know that one of my spaces is not listed while creating a story and we are facing issue on the same . Since we are handling multiple clients, we are facing difficulties in our organization.Request you to help us on it as soon as possible.

Just to confirm, this Jira site you're looking at is a free or a paid one?

Anyhow, can you check how the work type scheme is configured for this specific space?
Note that with those, you can configure which work types (e.g. Story, Task...) are available in particular Jira space.

Note that if your organization uses a paid Jira plan, you could reach out to Atlassian Support if you suspect there's an issue with your site/Jira.

Could you confirm:

Is the affected space team-managed or company-managed?

Does the space appear if you select Task instead of Story?

Those two answers should help us figure this out pretty fast.
